By creating an account on Gamer 777, accessing the platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register or use any services provided by Gamer 777.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the Player) and Gamer 777. Account verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) is required before processing your first withdrawal. You will be asked to submit a copy of your valid CNIC and a recent selfie holding the document. This process is completed once; verified accounts proceed to withdrawal without any repeat document requirements thereafter.

All financial transactions on Gamer 777 are processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied at any stage — your balance always reflects the exact PKR amount deposited, won, or remaining after losses.

Deposits: The minimum deposit is Rs 200 via Easypaisa and JazzCash, Rs 500 via NayaPay, SadaPay, and Visa/Mastercard, and Rs 1,000 via IBFT bank transfer. • Bonus funds are credited separately from deposited funds and carry wagering requirements that must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Your own deposited funds are always freely withdrawable, regardless of bonus status, subject to the standard KYC and withdrawal requirements.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount must be wagered through eligible games before withdrawal is permitted. Specific multipliers are stated in each promotion.

Permitted personal use — such as accessing and playing games for your own entertainment — is granted as a limited, non-exclusive licence that terminates automatically if these Terms are breached.

Gamer 777 is not liable for any losses arising from:

• Normal outcomes of gameplay — all gambling carries inherent risk and losses are a natural part of play.
• Downtime, technical faults, or interruptions beyond the reasonable control of Gamer 777, including but not limited to internet service provider failures, power outages, or force majeure events.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep login credentials secure.
• Errors or delays in third-party payment processing that are outside Gamer 777's control.
• Decisions made by the player based on information viewed on the platform, including odds, statistics, or in-game prompts.

In all cases where Gamer 777 is found to be liable for a verifiable error on our part, our liability is limited to the return of the affected stake or the correction of the erroneous transaction. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or speculative losses.

Gamer 777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion if there is reasonable evidence or suspicion of a breach of these Terms. This includes but is not limited to the prohibited conduct described in Section 7 above.

If your account is suspended pending investigation, any withdrawal requests in progress at the time of suspension will be held until the investigation concludes. If the investigation finds no breach, your account will be reinstated and pending withdrawals processed. If a breach is confirmed, relevant balances will be forfeited.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so through Account Settings or by contacting the support team. Any remaining balance at time of voluntary closure will be withdrawn to your registered payment method before closure is completed.

Gamer 777 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When material changes are made, players will be notified via email to the registered address and/or via a notification on the platform. Continued use of the platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
